Placing Orders: All orders must be placed through our website, https://indulge.org.in. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the acceptance of the order.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or concerns about payment methods.
Full Payment: 100% advance payment is required at the time of sale through net banking or UPI.
Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery fees are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Modifications: You may request changes to your order up to 30 minutes before the delivery time. Contact us through online chat or call us at 7204 717 333 for any changes.
Order Replacement: Instead of canceling, customers may replace the order with other products of equivalent value.
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within a 5 km radius in the town of Markapur. If your address is outside our delivery area, please contact us for special arrangements.
Delivery Times: Our delivery times are between 9 AM and 9 PM. We aim to deliver within a 2-hour window but cannot guarantee exact times due to unforeseen circumstances.
Failed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact you for further instructions. A re-delivery fee may apply for additional attempts.
Refund Policy for Delivered Orders: Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are only available in cases of:
Reporting Issues: Any issues must be reported at the time of delivery. Please include photos of any damage or incorrect items.
Non-Refundable Items: Custom cakes, special orders, and perishable items are non-refundable unless there is a valid reason as outlined above.
For custom orders or specific dietary requirements, including special event cakes, please contact us at least 2 days in advance to ensure availability. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we may not be able to fulfill last-minute changes.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

We reserve the right to use images of any product made by us for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes. By placing an order, you consent to us sharing photos of the products unless you specifically request otherwise in writing prior to the order.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days of notifying the customer.
